Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for "Lifetime Access" purchases if the software does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

2. Pro Monthly License

The "Pro Monthly" plan is a 30-day active license that expires automatically. It is not a recurring subscription, so there are no automatic renewals to cancel. You simply purchase a new license when you want to renew.

Refunds for active 30-day licenses are generally not provided once the key has been activated and used, except in cases of technical failure.
